5. Quality control

A. Heat test: put the glass lid into oven at 200 °C for 60 minutes, remove 

   immediately into water at room's temperature , the lid should not be 

   broken or cracked.

B. Impact resistance test: drop the 225g ball from the height of 1.5 meter in free fall 

   and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, damage or cracks are not  allowed.

C. Pressure test:use 120 grit abrasive paper scraping on the back side of the lid for      15 times, then check after 24 hours,the lid should not be broken or cracked.

Test for quality control:

1.Heat test: put the glass lid into oven at 200 °C for 60 minutes, remove immediately into water at room's temperature , the lid should not be broken or cracked.

2.Impact resistance test: drop the 225g ball from the highth at 1.5 metres in free fall and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, damage or cracks are not allowed3.Dishwasher test: washed by the dishwasher for 50 times, the lid should not turn to be yellow or dark, and without loosing and deformation on the stainless steel rim.

4.Destructive testing: break the lid with hammer and check,the number of particles should be over 50pcs within the area of 50m*50mm , and the biggest fragment should not over 3g.
